Project Background

5BY20 programme - an initiative to facilitate the economic empowerment of 5 million women through the global Coca-Cola value chain by 2020.

Coca-Cola Nigeria set an aggressive target to train 30,000 women owners/operators and managers of its distribution and retail outlets, as part of the 5BY20 programme. Project kicked off in November 2012 and ended in February 2013.

Target:
Women across young, middle-aged and elderly groups, Coca-Cola retailers mostly owners / operators, Mixed audience of literate, Semi-literate.
