Project Background

FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange in collaboration with key financial market regulators and participants, held a Debt Capital Market Workshop (DCMW).

The DCMW was a high-level meeting of financial market experts and regulators from within and outside Nigeria for the purpose of developing the Nigerian debt capital market.

The workshop took place from 27 - 28 October, 2015 at Eko Hotels and Suites.

Rock Thompson's Role

Event Set design and production.
Brochure design and production.
Provision of multimedia effects and equipment,
Videography and Photography.
Design, production of backdrop for photo section and construction of frame.
Ambient lighting of both halls.
Event Secretariat and registration.
Branding of venue panels and walls.
Design and production of roll up banners.
Design and production of directional signage.
Design and production of Accreditation tags and access tags.
Provision of Hostesses and Security.
Event management services.

Achievements

The event set/stage was designed and the approved design constructed with the backdrop and mega screens on both sides.

Multimedia equipment was provided for both days. Table top microphones, videos on screens, ideography and photography.

A registration section or secretariat was created and manned by hostesses, dressed in approved FMDQ outfits, assisted in registration of participants and distribution of conference materials.

Venue was branded in company logo and colours and also using logos of partners and sponsors.

Event was properly managed by Rock Thompson on both days.
